Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service. During checkout, you can select your nearest Matrix Warehouse branch for collection once your order has been processed and confirmed.

What is your return policy for faulty hardware?

All hardware carries a standard manufacturer's warranty. If a product is defective within the first 7 days, we offer a replacement or refund. Thereafter, the item will be sent for repair under the specific brand's warranty terms.
