  Ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging including all manuals, cables, and promotional bundles that accompanied the initial sale.

  Resolution and Processing

  Once approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method or provide a replacement unit, typically completed within 7 to 10 business days.
